Computer Security & Viruses/unable to locate dll

Question
Since doing an upgrade to my Norton (to 2006) anti-virus every time I exit the internet I get the follow message that takes 6 times to close before it will go away.
NSCSRVCE.exc unable to locate dll
dynamic link library ccL 30.dll could not be found in the specified path
I am running windows 2000 professional.
I have looked on norton and ms sites to try to find an answer.
I'm not sure what to do next other than uninstall norton(for the third time) and then reinstall but I don't know if that will fix the problems.
Thanks you
Diane

Answer
Hi Diane,

Do you have SP3 or higher on Windows 2000 PRO? Try going to Windows Updates and download the available updates.

If that doesn't work, I would suggest uninstalling NAV 2006, defrag, reboot and reinstall NAV 2006.

Symantec explains how at:

Hope this helps!

This happens to be of interest to me as it boggles my mind that people have nothing better to do than to write a virus. Wish these people, the ones who write viruses would put the knowledge to good use instead. My job as a local tech involves removing viruses and/or spyware.
