each time i log on i get an unwanted page from www.https://secure.microbillsys.com that stops me doing anything else for about 10 minutes. how do i stop this?
i use xp , on dell , with 500 mb please help

I found this at their FAQ page. Sounds like you need to unsubscribe to their service.
Says,
Some websites offer a free trial period where the services they offer are free for a period of time. You must cancel before that free trial expires. This is normally done from within the site. If you do not cancel you may automatically become a member. We track all access to and from websites by users as part of our quality control measures.
