hi i have a virus in my computer it doesnt aloud me to open programs like music programs, antivirus avg, messengers, i have the avg antivirus and the only way i can run it is by making left click on the document and ask it to analyze it but if you go directly to the program link it appears this message:window no tiene acceso al dispositivo, ruta de acceso o archivo especificado. Puede que no tenga los permisos apropiados para tener acceso al elemento.

Hi Olga,

Start the computer in Safe Mode by tapping the "F8" key when Windows first starts until you get a window with Various ways to start Windows, choose Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode, run a virus scan with AVG. Write down what ever it finds, not the location but the name of the virus, then you can use Google to find out how to remove it.
