Hi Bob,

If you want a good and free antivirus program, check out AVG at:

Norton AntiVirus is a good program but you have to pay for it. Check that out at:

http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/products/virus_protection/nav2006/index....

If you decide to get Norton, look for a sale price at one of the local stores.

Two good firewall programs, that are free are ZoneAlarm or Sygate. Check them out at:

This happens to be of interest to me as it boggles my mind that people have nothing better to do than to write a virus. Wish these people, the ones who write viruses would put the knowledge to good use instead. My job as a local tech involves removing viruses and/or spyware.
