Question
Can I get a virus by just going on a site or only by actually downloading something?
Thank you for your assistance.
If your provider were attacked, you could get a virus just by being connected.
Re-directed site urls could dnload a virus to you. These are called Driveby Downloads.
Thats why I preach about having a good Firewall. and by being more protected by using programs like WinPatrol.
