when we connect to wanadoo we get a seach box on the screen some kind of advert we think, also we get sex pictures coming up all seems to be just when we connect to wanadoo. we have tried all sorts of anti virus help programs ad-ware sky bolt

Hi John,

I would suggest downloading Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.4 from:

Once installed, enable Tea Timer. Open the Spybot Search & Destroy, click the "+" sign next to Tools on the left side of the screen, click System Startup, then on the right side of the page check HK_CU Run  Spybot Tea Timer.
