Problems with TF2 (Team Fortress 2#?
I recently bought team fortress 2 because its an awesome game. I installed everything correctly and the first couple of time #When i joined a server) it froze and an error message popped up saying the memory could not be "read". The next couple of times it completely shutdown my system and i had to reboot...After some time i reinstalled the game and i modded the launch settings. It worked and i played for 3 seconds before it froze and the sound kept looping. I need a solution to this. Here are my specs:

Processor : Intel Celeron E1200 @ 1600 MHz
Physical Memory : 1024 MB (2 x 512 DDR2-SDRAM )

DirectX : Version 9.0c (September 2009)


Im thinking that if i buy a newer video card with 256 Mb memory..the problem will be solved considering the time i actually got to play..i played but just experienced major lag and it froze. Im thinking that the video card will also make up what the processor cant do since its a 1.6Ghz (Dual Core). Will this work? Please give me advice because i want to not have to waste more money from now on..after the new purchase

**Additional Details**
By the way..My power supply is a 250 watt PSU. My PC is an eMachines W3653 PC

Actually for the Team Fortress 2 game, 1.6Ghz is enough.I need some more details from you. This problem occurs only when playing multiplayer ? Is this problem peculiar to this game only on your pc ? Also i suggest you to try memory diagonising software to ensure no problem with memory.
