Question
How can I add console to my cs PC game so that I can type while playing and add bots as well? Please advice also on new updates and downloads about this game.

Answer
The "console" is generally spawned by pressing the ~ key just above Tab on your keyboard, and is generally only used for debugging or cheating purposes in most games derived from a similar engine such as Unreal or in your case, CS Source.

You can find updates to games on the games website, and most of the time on various forums or fan sites based around the game.
