Question
I have uninstalled and re installed the game several times.  The installation completes, but when I  try to play the game I get an error message. "Set up English MCF Application" has encountered a problem and needs to shut down.

Answer
I've not heard of an issue like this or even similar to this. Nor am I sure exactly what operating system you're using.

What you could try doing, is going into the CD through my computer, finding the setup.exe file, and setting it's compatibility mode to Windows 98 (if you're using Windows XP or Vista) then re-install again. (You can do this by right clicking the icon and going to properties, then compatibility.)

If this doesn't work, then I'm not sure what to do. It sounds like you're missing something or something is corrupt. In which case, I wouldn't know what advice to offer except to ask around different forums or another category on AllExperts.com
