hi- i would like to ask if quake 1 and 2 and their mission packs can be played on my pc .here is some information about it
windows xp
2.0 ghz
512mb ram
direct x 9.0c
Amd-athlon
this is the only information i know about my computer
The reason is because i tried to load command and conquer red alert -and a message said it will load on windows 95 -
Can you also tell me how well quake 4 would play ? thank you for your time

Yes , U can play quake 2 on XP , but the Quake I is doubt , If the quake II says you to run in any other environment of OS , then do not worry select that exe file and right click and there is tab named compactability , In  that select the windows environment ( 95/98/2000) that need.Yes , u can play the Quake IV in your computer . Your computer is compactable for that . The quake IV is build with many new challenging levels and the new characters are added. If your doubt is not yet cleared well .
