Concerns about Breast Size/Breast Reductions-- what are the alternatives

Question
I'm 22, I have very large breasts that make me look like I'm twice my age and have had a housefull of babies.  To be frank they droop, not like the life has been sucked out of them, but sort of like sacks of flesh.  They annoy me because I can't run without feeling like they're about to be literally ripped off by gravity, and that my clothes never fit me correctly because of my chest size. Not to mention the impossible feat of finding a bra that gives me the lift I need that wont stretch out of shape after a week's usage. I want them smaller.

Here's the problem. I've considered having a breast reduction, however I am concerned on three points.  1. Should I trade one deformity for another (scarring)? 2. I want to breast feed. And 3. Is the prospect of nerve damage worth it?

I need to know what my options are.  Is there a way to get the general effects without the major surgery?  Is there a wonderbra for big chested droopy women?  Or do I have to either find a custom made bra, or find a corsetierre.  Or do I have to design my own?

I love the way I look.  I love my breasts. I just want them to act and look their age.

Answer
Hey there! If your breasts are hurting your back, getting in the way, or causing you any kind of discomfort, your best bet would be to get a breast reduction. But before you do that, you should definitely buy a few custom-made bras. There should be at least a couple of places in your area that make them. Corsets can also work but are usually less sucessful than custom-made bras.
The best thing to do is ask your doctor for any information you want but I may be able to help out some. :) Breast reduction procedures do leave noticeable, permanent scars but they will be covered by your bathing suit or bra. If you smoke, you're more likely to heal poorly and/or have wider scars. This type of surgery oftentimes removes many of the milk ducts leading to the nipples so breast feeding will most likely not be an option.
If I were you, I'd wait until I was older or there was no other option before opting for the surgery. Your best bet would be to buy some custom-made bras and clothing, even, so that you can still breast feed, not become self-concious about the scars, and not worry about infections, soreness, or lopsidedness. I hope I helped and good luck!
