Hi David,
I honestly don't think you can help me but I feel it is worth a try.
I have large pendulous breasts and I of course have to wear a bra but they hurt so bad and I am constantly tugging at it. I make sure I buy them big enough but it doesn't seem to matter, they still dig into me.
My question is, other than surgery is there any type of support that you are aware of that can hold them up without a bra that has adhesive or something that is placed under the breast. I can't go without a bra because it is just too ugly.
I really hate my breasts, they have caused me pain all my life.
I hope you don't think this is a stupid question, I am just really miserable and need help.

The only thing I know of is to get a bra that supports where you need it.  
It sounds like your breasts are quite large and you called them pendulous so I know they need the best support you can give them.  
I know you are doing your best on that.  
Maybe you could do some research on the internet and try to find breast support links.
Maybe 'breast support bra'  would be good to do a search on.
