Concerns about Breast Size/Umm...am I normal??

I'm 13 years old and I know that now's the time when us girls start to grow but I'm the tallest and flattest girl in my class!  I'm not made fun of or anything but how come everyone else actually fits into a cup size?  Is something wrong with me?

Dear Maya,
You still have lots of time to grow. I know its hard waiting for your body to mature. Your chest will start to develope just before your periods starts be a presence in you life, and you will continue to grow until about 18 or so. I have a feeling that by the time school starts again in the fall you will be well on your way to having a womanly figure. The whole developing thing takes it own time. I think that you are definately normal:) Some girls develope early, and some take a little more time. My advice is to be patient(I know that not what you want to hear) your figure will be there soon enough. Good Luck, if you have any other questions, please write to me, I'll be happy to help!

I can answer questions about small breast. People can be cruel to us small cheasted people. Being small breasted can affect the way you feel about yourself. I will be sensitive to questions,(because its a sensitive area to most including myself) and reponse to questions are quite quick.

Experience

I am 28 years old and basically have no chest, I never did and probably never will. I know what it's like to be teased throughout my teenage years and even some of my young adult life, but not everyone in this big world focuses on the size of your breasts as much as you think they do.
