Question
I'm 17 and every since I've started growing breast I've noticed
that one is not growing..just my right one has. I have one breast
that is AA and my other is B Cup. It makes me really self
concious and uncomfortable to wear tank tops and swimming
suits. It's starting to get noticeable. I dont understand why my
left one doesnt grow. It's been the same size for years. For right
now I've tried extra padding on just my left sized but I want it to
be somewhat the same size of my right to make me more
comfortable with myself. Is there something causing this or is
there anything I can do to make it grow without padding or
surgery?

Lindsey, I am so sorry honey.  There are some things we can try but to be honest I am not sure I can help you increase the other breast without surgery or padding.  Have you read my answers on this topic?
