Unfortunately, most of the "penis enlargement" solutions on the market are scams. They rely on testimonials of people who supposedly benefited from the product, but have not clinically been shown to work.
4.5 inches is large enough to satisfy a woman. I'm sure there are other things about you that more than make up for your size.
