About Martin M Expertise Concern matters. If you don`t feel happy the way you are put together, life looses a lot of it`s color. Sizes don`t matter. They vary, genitals are no different from feet in that respect. Genitals are very different from feet (among very many other things) in that they are hardly ever a topic of serious conversation. Most people have only their own experiences and a handful of dirty jokes to judge by. If this makes genitals a source of uncertainty and worry instead of a source of joy, it`s time to start looking for facts and advice. Ask away.
Experience I advised and helped hundreds of people who had problems and questions about sexuality and relationships. I manned a telephone at the NVSH (Dutch society for sexual reformation revaluation, emancipation ? it translates awkwardly) in a medium-large town in Holland. My core message was and is that any kind of sex is as good as it feels, thoughts are free, feelings are true and looks are on the outside only.
Question hi,I am a 35 years old man,who is very concerned about the facts of penis enlargement patch called "Maxiderm". I have tried many other products abortively... I hope you can give a professional opinion and info regarding this so called"MAXIDERM".
Your reply would mean a world to me.
Thanks,
Answer Dear Saber,
No professional opinion, I'm not a doctor, I can't go into facts. But an opinion I'll gladly give. I had not heard of Maxiderm before, so I searched the internet. What I found did not impress me particularly favorably. Lots of flashing colors and shouting, no trustworthy information and more promises than any product could ever fulfill. There may be a drug in the patch that has some effect (it might contain something like Viagra), but I would not be surprised if it is a pure placebo. Selling real medicine without a doctor's prescription is very tricky business. I suspect bogus and make-belief.
I look at it this way, if a product really works, it'll get banner headlines in all the papers and will need no further promotion. The more it gets pushed, the less good it is likely to be. Nobody tells anyone to use Viagra, everybody already knows it works. A good product sells itself, black market or white.
So far my impression, now we get to my conviction. By what I know of how the body works I feel certain that NO chemical will ever be able to make just one part of the body grow larger. Drugs get into the blood and reach all cells. Even IF a substance could be concocted that made cells reduplicate more than the DNA orders them to, how could this affect one structure and not the other?
Only think: if such a drug existed, it would be on everybody's nightstand by now. No more midgets. A huge penis for every bloke, big breasts all around. A world of swelling muscles, bulging buttocks and luscious lips.
No such drug.
Enlarging the penis is no different from enlarging any other part of the body. It takes surgery, which in the case of a penis is not without risk. That organ is very complex and a small mistake can damage it tragically. Still, if your penis is so small that you cannot have good sex, surgery will be the only option I know of. You'll have to ask a doctor about that.
If sex is not a problem, I strongly suggest you forget enlargement - and at this point I sincerely hope to really start meaning a world to you. I don't know how big or small your penis is, but it is yours. It is a part of you that fits in with all your other parts to make you into who you are. Whatever the total looks like, it is perfect as it is. Most people think that some of their parts could be smaller, bigger, whiter shorter or thicker, but as a rule there will always be others who disagree. Some people try surgery but the result is rarely much appreciated by those around them. Think of the face-lift which tends to make people look old-and-vain instead of just old.
Try to come to terms with it, accept your penis as it is. It serves you, it does not define you.
Please consider. If you're willing to take that course, I'll do my best to help you along. I'm sure it'll do you more good than pills and patches. It certainly is a whacking lot cheaper. Amazing what they dare ask for those things.
PS: the average penis is a bit over five inches long, bit over one in width.
