Question
hi i planted a comfier in the corner of my front garden it is about 5 foot from the house and also my water main runs between the pavement past the tree to the house i didn't think about this when i did it do you think i should remove it it is now about 15 foot tall please help

Answer
The tree will not harm the water pipe. Tee roots seek out water and water pipes do not leak so the roots will not harm the pipes.  Sometimes roots will get into sewer pipes especially the older clay pipes but sealed pies like water mains ca not be damaged by roots. The only problem you might have is the limbs rubbin the house but these can be pruned to keep this from happening.
