I am looking for a fast growing privacy tree, would the Thuja green giant grow in Ontario Canada?

It will grow in hardiness growing zones 3-9 in Canada. These zones are based on temperature averages --the higher the number the higher the temperature. Here is a web link to this map and you can see where it falls where you live.
