How do you prove existance of God to an atheist?

Dear Ijaz,

Thanks for writing.

I never attempt to do so. One can't argue about such a subject where "proof" doesn't exist - just faith.

I live my life as if God exists and He is a vital part of my decisions, behavior, ethics, and rituals. Others will see my faith, perceive how my faith makes me a better person, spouse, parent, child, citizen - and they will want to share in that fulfilling feeling and obvious goodness.

Experience

I have served on the National Youth Commission for more than 25 years and serve on the Boards of the Conservative Zionist movement MERCAZ and the World Council of Synagogues. I have always dual-families and taught candidates for conversion with a great sense of fulfillment. I am very proud of 25 years on the Jewish camping staff of Camps Ramah.
