How is the concept of insanity viewed in Judaism? What Biblical references can be quoted?

This is a continuing thread and I can't add too much more. Frankly, I wonder why you are so concerned but are unwilling to do the necessary reading.
I did some research, and I can't go beyond this response. Read pages 659-662, volume IV, Anchor Bible Dictionary.
I would refer you further to the Reference Librarian at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, jtsa.edu, for a more complete reference.
