Question
Hello,
I am a student of religion and was wondering if you
could help me.
Could you explain, in a couple of lines, what does
your religion see as the mission of its own members.
In other words, what is life's highest ideal?
I know this is a huge question, but a short answer is
all I need.

Thanks for writing and asking
I can only answer personally as this is too broad and deep a question in terms of philosophy.
Judaism is a faith open to all who would adhere to its principles and values in order to build a society in which every individual and family will have a place of respect and the support physically to live in dignity and mutual respect.

Experience
I have served on the National Youth Commission for more than 25 years and serve on the Boards of the Conservative Zionist movement MERCAZ and the World Council of Synagogues. I have always dual-families and taught candidates for conversion with a great sense of fulfillment. I am very proud of 25 years on the Jewish camping staff of Camps Ramah. My greatest source of pride is my family! Ask me about them, please!:-)
