AboutLane Expertise As an informed Moderate, who most often leans Conservative Republican, I can answer essentially any question on any issue that faces America, or the world, namely issues that are hot topics in the political ring. From social issues like abortion to broader issues like The War on Terror, I am here to give you straight forward answers to help you better understand the political landscape. Fortunately, I am able to look at situations objectively. There are areas where I disagree with the Conservative base and times where, because of my moderate stance, display slightly more Liberal views - depending on the issue, of course.

Education/Credentials Although I still attend High School, I am no less equipped to answer political questions because I devote much of my time to politics (much more than your average teen)I watch carefully what goes on in the political arena, I ask questions and challenge those in charge. I get to the truth and stay away from ignorant partisan politics.
Awards and Honors Although not necessarily relevant I receive straight A's in school and maintain a constant 4.0 GPA.
Question I am not political at all, I honestly don't pay attention to politics but one of my good friends, I guess you could say is the liberal version of say Johnathan Krohn or even yourself. Really smart dude, knows a lot about politics and is way more into current events than most 17 year old guys so I asked him which Conservative he respected the most and he said Johnathan Krohn because of his age and the fact that he wrote a book and has some measure of success. So I don't know any conservatives personally and your answer would really be helpful for an upcoming project.

That is a fantastic question, only bettered by the fact that your friend and I are both seventeen years old. I should say that over the past six months or so I have become increasingly moderate, although I definitely lean conservative on most issues.
First, if I were to pick a prominent Liberal whom I respect it might be Hillary Clinton. Secretary of State Clinton has never been afraid to reach across party aisles and avoids, for the most part, a lot of the bickering and finger pointing that corrupts our modern political system.
As far as lesser known Liberals, I have always liked Kirsten Powers because of her ability to remain calm and respectful at all times. She listens to all sides of the argument before kindly giving her point of view and I have no choice but to respect that.
Lastly, as far as Jonathan Krohn is concerned, I will admit I don't know a lot about him. That being said, I did see his speech at CPAC and he seems like a very respectable young man. He is wise beyond his years, he speaks eloquently and he is dedicated and passionate to politics while most kids his age only care about Rockband.
