Question With all the talk about Obama's citizenship, I would like to know the facts. These are a few questions: 1.What entity had the authority to check his birth certificate before he was sworn in as President? 2. Did they check it? 3. If they checked it, how do we know they did so?
Answer Each state is (Secretery of State)
is responciable for to determine if the person elilegiable to be on the ballot. He would have needed a birth certificate repeatedly over his life. Including enrolling in school.
There a copy of the birth certificate was posted on his website.
The only real question is did he claim citizenship in another nation, have did he have dual citizenship.
Even his Indonesian school records show him as born in the Hawaii.
