Regarding Germany and Italy in WW2, we were actually neutral until THEIR ally, The Empire of Japan, ATTACKED US, at which point we entered the war to stand by our allies who had already been calling for our support. So in a sense, yes, that's exactly what we originally did.
As far as nations "funelling money into terrorism" lets see, the United States has funded a number of "terrorist" resistance armies in the name of "democracy", such as Afghanistan and Iraq.
Now this "total war" that you've discussed, upon our "enemies", that's declaring that most, if not all, Arabs, are our enemies, which is untrue. Additionally, I would say toppling TWO national governments classifies as total war, deploying every branch of the armed forces against a nation to remove it's leadership and political system, that's total war, instituting our own political system afterwards, that's control and could be argued as imperialism, however we aren't leaving Viceroys or Governors there to rule.
Furthermore, yes, the government of Iraq DID commit horrible attrocities under Saddam Hussein, however who are we to declare them to be wrong? What makes us better? Why should we have the right to say that's wrong? Yes, I don't dispute that more or less it was a beneficial thing to remove him from power, however I must ask how you think it's justified.
We weren't asked to assist, we weren't paid to assist, we went to Iraq to remove a "terrrorist funding leader with WMD's" firstly Iran and N Korea are where said WMD's are located, and secondly, why is it against our "laws" of politics for a SOVEREIGN nation to develop nuclear weapons, we posses over 10,000 active warheads, most of which are still fully capable of deployment.
By your comment including the Wikipedia link to Caucasian Race, I assume you mean that she hates everyone from Algeria to Iran?
Also, please defend with FACT that ALL terrorists are Islam, that's just a presumptious claim based on racist views of the Middle East, how do you know that someone in Canada isn't planning terrorism? How do you know that someone in the UK (those bombers WHERE actually from the UK....and white) isn't planning terrorism? You don't, you just assume that the only people who plan terrorism are Arab.
As to the Iranian comment, I don't even feel it's worth my time to even point out that you're just continuing her racism, I don't see how you can consider any of this acceptable, or tolerable, however you apparently live with it just fine.

The insergents we founded were Afganistan were attacking the Soviet Red Army. It was not terrorism.
Terrorism is attacking civilians and non-combatants.

You are aware he never complied to the ceasefire terms after the Gulf War. Thus a peace treaty was never signed. It's all the justification needed.
Yes I do think the USA is better than areas being run by a dictator.

The WMD's were found over 500 weapons and many more are still unaccounted for. Your forgetting he lost a war he lost and was granted a ceasefire.
He was to disarm inorder for the ceasefire to become
a peace treaty. Yes the winning has every right under internation law to dictate terms.

are Islamic based groups.
