About Mrs. Priscilla Lyons
Expertise
I have time for you. The Bible has been my guiding light for most of the 56 years of my life. My missionary parents in Brazil kindled a love for God`s Word by their example and their love for truth. The Lord has blessed my husband and me with responsible, independent children who love and serve the Lord and are our best friends. I would enjoy discussing any subject or problem from a Biblical perspective. I know the dangers of government entitlement mentality, the dangers of homosexuality, abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, gun restrictions, pacifism and environmental extremism.

Experience
My husband and I are active in local Republican politics and I've served on a Right to Life PAC.

Question
Just to clarify, you're saying, indirectly, that the United States' assault on the Middle East is a positive thing, as it spreads Christianity, which "cleanses" them?

How is this different from the Muslim Jihad? Excepting that we don't have an Imam or higher ranking church official declaring it a holy war?

Answer
I'm saying there is no positive way to paint individual sin.  It is only my individual sin that I can have forgiven to fulfill my purpose for my short time in this world.  It is only your own sin that you can have forgiven if you so choose.
I don't answer to God for why others won't allow a freedom of conscience, and Christianity can't cleanse anyone who refuses to honestly entrust him/herself to God.  Christianity has to be accepted willingly.
Because Jesus died for me to save me from eternal death, I am willing, as our Founding Fathers were willing, to give up my earthly life so others have the opportunity to choose eternal life.
