Question
Let's suppose the Democrats, for 2008, endorse Hillary Clinton/Bill Clinton as their presidential/vice-presidential candidates!

If Hillary wins the election, and Bill becomes Vice President, then Hillary gets bumped off a week later, can Bill, legally and constitutionally, take over as President, despite the fact that he's already served the two maximum terms?

Answer
Bill doesn't become vice-president if Hillary is President, he is the President's husband. If she dies, he goes out and celebrates (I mean mourn).

If he does become vice-president, regardless who is president, he would be prevented from being president for more than 2 years (its a 2 term or 10 year limit). Whomever is next in line (Speaker of the House, I think) would become Pres.
