Question
I was talking with my friend (a lawyer) the other day about President Bush and how with all of what's going on in Iraq, I wouldn't be suprised if they proved he had no valid reason for going to war, if a family member of a killed servicemen sued him for negligence.  She told me that the President is protected under sovern immunity.  Just wondering if this is the case with just the President or if others are affected by this too.  Seems a bit unfair to me.  Thanks!

Answer
You can't sue the President over policy.
Your friend is correct.
