Question I know that the reinstatution of the draft is 99.9% rumour, but I heard that if it was to be reinstatuted, possable draftees could no longer opt out based on concientious objections, how true is this?
Answer Nothing about the draft is true because their is no law.
If a law is introduced, it will specifically state who, what, where, when, and/or how the Draft will occur, and who will/won't be exempt.
Until that time, there is nothing to discuss, except the if.
