Experience I've been a gamer for pretty much the last 14/15 years, so I feel I know my fair share about the subject. I spent the early years with Nintendo, the mid years with both Sony and Nintendo and I'm now just enjoying my Xbox 360, so I have experience with all three groups. Question hi there, please could you tell me why my ps2 console is unable to play discs that have a blue shiny side rather that a silver one? these are mainly sporting games, and i ge an read error message after a couple minutes! thanyou. danny

I've done a lot of looking into this question, mainly because this seems like a strange problem, and there is only 1 thing that I think could be wrong.
Have you checked to see that these games are supposed to be for the PS3? I know, seems like a stupid thing to ask, but that seriously is the only thing I could come up with what could be wrong based on what you provided me.
Apologies for not being much more of a help, but this is a strange problem indeed...
