Question
how much games would be able to save on a xbox 360 arcade.

Simple answer is you would not be able to save any games to it because it does not come with a Hard drive. I would recommend not getting an X-box 360 Arcade unit simply because it does not come with a hard drive (Which you probably would spend another $70 odd getting because you want to save down loadable games etc.)
