I just got and Xbox360, and I'm currently exploring it, so I was hoping you could help me in these next questions:

1. Can I transfer files from a portable device to my Xbox360? if so, How?
2. Can my Xbox360 get infected &/or damaged if a file of my computer or my portable device contains a virus or spyware?
3. Is there any plus free features and packs that I can get on Xbox live to improve my account avatar, concerning to clothes or etc.?

Some of your questions are a little vague, but I'll do my best to answer them as completely as possible.

1.  Depends on the device, and what you're trying to transfer.  Things like external hard drives and flash drives fit in the USB ports on the 360.  You're technically not transferring files to the 360, but to the hard drive or memory card attached to it (I'm assuming you've purchased one of these).  Things like music, video, and pictures can be moved to the 360, but anything else would be a waste of space, as the 360 cannot recognize it.  For the exact instructions on how to do this, consult the manual that came with the 360, as it can explain it better than I can.  You can also consult www.xbox.com and they have good step-by-step instructions on how to use many of the features involving your 360.

2.  It's possible, but unlikely.  To be safe, scan files before you transfer them with some kind of virus protection software.

3.  Not yet, Microsoft plans to have seasonal clothing either for free or available for purchase, but they haven't really said much about any features they plan to implement involving the avatars.  They already uploaded some winter clothing already that you may have noticed, but other than that, nothing yet.
