How do you stop the truck in reunion stage in kaine and linch? There Has got to be an easier way than shooting the driver, it's way to hard

Unfortunately, shooting the driver is the only way to stop the truck. Here are some tips to make it easier:
Shoot the side window, not the windshield
Tell Lynch to shoot at the truck as well
Run closer to the truck
Shoot as it slows down or turns around.
