About Andrew Crome
Expertise
I have played games since the early nineties. I can answer questions on the SNES, the Sega Saturn, N64, Dreamcast, Gamecube, Xbox, 360, and DS. I can tell you what games are worth getting, and which aren`t, as well as the history of these systems. While I`m no expert on other systems I`m more than happy to find out things you would like to know about them.

Question
hi-i would like to ask if there is any scart lead for the n64 to make the picture clearer.the ps2 has a gold scart lead and so does xbox.any way to make picture clearer on n64? thanks

Answer
Hi Jack,

Yes there is a Scart available - you should be able to find one on Ebay.  It certainly improves both picture clarity and sound quality, so is definetly worth seeking out. I have a feeling that a N64 and Gamecube have the same connection at the back (I'm at work so can't check now, but off the top of my head I know the N64 and SNES are definetly the same) so it might be worth looking for a GC cable if you can't come across one especially for the 64.

All the best

Andy
