I'm very glad you asked me this question, I love call of duty 4, probably one of the best games ever made.

I recommend this youtube channel for call of duty 4 glitches, its really helped me nail some of them. The majority of glitches will be old school only, so highly pointless, but there are some which are available in normal modes. Those are the ones you want to check out.
