how to get the last toad in world 2- area 5
After you get the second toad, go back to the pipe you used to enter the area. Go down the pipe, and after you come out the other end, use "joy" to spin the windmill blades. Go right down the path and then left at the bottom to go through the now-open gate. You'll find the 3rd toad there.
