Hi can you tell me does ps3 play mpeg or wmv files, also how do you play them is it just a matter of the files on your cd/dvd and it will play THanks
The PS3 can play mpeg-1, 2 and 4 files, but not wmv files. For wmv files, you can download a program that converts them to a format playable by the PS3. I recommend this one:

As long as you have these files on the disk or a USB stick, they can be played.
