Console Games (Nintendo, Sony etc.) and Arcade Games - Wii Fit Board

Expert: Octane - 9/12/2008

Question
Looking to get a Wii for the kids (and me!!) for Xmas. How many Wii Fit Boards can be connected to one system at a time? Really thinking of the ski games, it would be cool to be able to "compete" all at the same time.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Bill

Answer
Gday Bill,

While the Wii Fit Board is basically another controller so you should technically be able to connect up 4 to your Wii system.  Unfortunately at this present time you can't connect any more than one Wii fit to one Wii (I tried it with 2 and it does not register).   Also there has not been any games to date that have been written to take advantage of 2 Wii Fit boards connected to the one system.

There may be in the future such titles but from most of the reports I have read most multiplaying modes will compete against online single players.

Hope this helps
