Answer Hi Liam:
Before looking into anything from hong-kong or anything, I'll pass on two links that might be of relavence to you.
1: http://www.xbox.com/en-us/support/connecttolive/xbox360/homenetworking/equipment...
Here is a list of compatible equipment for wireless networking and xbox live. You arnt limited to these, as long as whatever model you buy is compatible with vista. I couldnt see where the models you wre considering were.

Here is a forum thread concerning someone who was in the same situation as you. Points out some other factors to consider as well, including what modem you currently use and how that connected to the net (Modem - usb - comp - ethernet - xbox for example), and wether or not to consider an all-in-one model.
Have a look at these links, then from there, start comparing prices, and ease of set-up. There are a lot of issues to take into account using wireless internet (just as there are heaps of models), and tiscali (from my research) isnt ~that~ great with wireless. It may end up a better option to reorginise the house a little so that you could fix the ethernet cable to the side of the wall, for instance.
If there or some other models that you are considering, or from the lists above that you think might suit you, feel free to email back what models, and I can give you an opinion on them.
