i have another question about another psp, i have another psp that when i turn it on it the screen looks furry, with pixels but the screen doesn't looks good. what could i do?

Answer
Gday Miguel,

You seem to not be having any luck with you PSP recently.

With both of them I would firstly try and reset them.  Turn off your PSP, Press and hold the R button, and power on at the same time.

The one that does not power on I would try and power on with the battery changer plugged in or even with the charger plugged in and no  battery as you might have a battery problem.  (Since you have 2 you can swap the batteries around)  You don't have any custom firmware/software loaded on your machine that might have bricked it?  Again resetting and ruling out bad battery and bad software it a hardware issue.

The fuzzy screen on I would try updating software to the Sony web site.  Providing again you have not put any custom firmware/software on it and it still has a problem then unfortunately it a hardware problem.  (Send away to Sony to fix)

Hope this helps.
