Gday Again Ashley,
You have not asked a hard question have you which unfortunately you going to have to do the leg work on. (Considering I am in the States and you don't want to use EBAY) I'd love to be able to find the Xbox Elite console for that price anywhere in the world at a consistent rate you asked.
Most of your established game stores and Brick %26 Mortar stores like Gamestation, Chips etc all have them ranging around the £200 mark. (up or down about 20 quid for second hand)
I tried several barter based sites like craigslist etc and could not even come up with one under £200 mark. There where a number of places selling just the console for £100-£120 but by the time you buy cables and controllers etc it still going to be around the £170-190 mark
So your mission is going to be an extremely hard one.
