Hello,

If you want to recover a gamertag from xbox live...do you get all the achievements and game saves that was related to that account? plus, does the Harddrive get affected from console bans (I got banned because mine was modded).

As far as Banned consoles I believe they tie the console to the S/N and MAC address and not the Hard Drive. So it should be good to move over to a new system.
