Very much appreciated if you can help. Merry Xmas!

Answer
Hi Terry.

First of all, I have to commend you on the Big Brother status. I did something like that back home and it is well worth the time. Secondly, I was interstate with my motorsport team, hence why this question didnt get answered as quickly as I would have.

Anyways, I do have ~some~ idea on the game.

The basic idea is to get it to your opposition's end zone (for a touch down, worth 6 points). You get 4 chances to move a total of 10 yards. Manage to do that, and you get another chance to move another 10 yards and so on and so forth. During that set (or down) your only allowed one forward throw.

Changeover occurs where you would expect (through failure to make it through the yards, interceptions, fumbles, kicks for touch (or punts)), where here they have seperate teams for offense and defense.

Want to know more? Check the wikipedia entry here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_football

Again, sorry for the delay, but where this motorsport event was, it was basically in the middle of nowhere >.<

Expertise

I'm moving into answering questions relating to the Xbox 360 and related games. I can still answer questions on previous topics (Gamecube/GBA stuff) but please note I will not be able to help at a full capacity. As always, if I dont know the answer I'll do my best to search for it or point you to the best possible alternative for getting an answer (Updated 31/08/06 and about time too).

Experience

I've been a gamer for pretty much the last 14/15 years, so I feel I know my fair share about the subject. I spent the early years with Nintendo, the mid years with both Sony and Nintendo and I'm now just enjoying my Xbox 360, so I have experience with all three groups. I'm not much of a technical buff, but just like before if I cant answer a technical question personally I'll do my best to search for it or point you out to the next best source (Updated 31/08/06)
