Console Games (Nintendo, Sony etc.) and Arcade Games/NDSi

Question
Hi, I have an NDSi (cracked / DSTT) an I have previously heard I can only play EU games (NDSi purchased in EU) or risk bricking my console by playing USA (ie not PAL) games.

Is this true and if so, does it only apply to cracked NDS consoles?

Thanks for your time

Answer
Gday Siren,

If you are downloading games from the Nintendo DSi shop you might have problems.  But if you are using regular DS cards everything should be good.  Even if you are just using the DSTT card it should be okay.  the big key is not to update your software/firmware by downloading anything.  (Even if you do you probably just lockout your DSTT card)

The only way I have seen people brick there DS is do something stupid when updating software like take the card out of power the system off while half way thru the process.
