Could you help me with one of my games? It keeps freezing and turning off? :(
What should i do?
Gday Lily,
Unfortunately about all you can do is check the contacts on the game. So get your favorite cleaning alcohol and q-tip and clean the contacts of the game.
If they are reasonable clean then you might have to seen of an email to Nintendo Customer Support and see if you can go about swapping out the game. (I am unsure if there is a cost to this)
