Who do I talk to in kits mystery challenge 3 for nintendo ds?

Unfortunately I could not find anyone who has written a walkthru for this game.
(Apparently it not very good and it has an issue that even when you know the answer to who has done it you still have to talk to every caricature in that area of the game to complete it.)
