Question
I want to change the language of my Pokemon Ranger Ds from German to English is that possible ?

I bought a the game from Germany a week ago and i selected German language by mistake.. I speak a little German and actually am not interested in playing a game in German ... is there any possible way to change the language ... someone told me to hard reset the game but i don't know how too .. i tried the soft reset which does nothing ... thank for help in advance

ps am not in Germany now ... so tis hard to return the game ... so the only chance i got is to reset the game to factory setting if that is possible , btw am using the Nintendo DSi not DS lite if that matters and changing the systems language doesn't affect the game =(

Gday Ramiz,

Usually you can completely wipe out all the settings (Return to factory settings) on any DS Games by holding down A, B, X, Y, L and R buttons when starting up the game.

Failing this unfortunately the game options and DS options are 2 separate things and while you DS is set to English if you initially set up the game to play in German it will play in German until changed.

Pokemon DS Ranger has an options menu which is usually the last on screen (This is options regardless of 2 or 3 choices)  You maybe able to change the language from there.
