hi, I was wondering where can you get/learn the move tm mimic?

Mimic isn't a TM in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum. Jigglypuff learns Mimic at level 41, Mr. Mime learns it at level 18, Sudowoodo learns it at level 17, and Chatot learns Mimic at level 29. If you want a different Pokémon that knows Mimic, you could try trading from Firered, Leafgreen, or Emerald. Nearly every Pokémon (except ones like Magikarp and Weedle) can learn Mimic from move tutors in those games. The tutor for Mimic in Firered and Leafgreen lives in Saffron City. The tutor for Mimic in Pokémon Emerald lives in Lavaridge Town.

Keep in mind that like using a TM, these people will only teach a move once.
