is it posable to get a shiney charzard without the action replay code if there is plz show me how?

Getting a Shiny *anything* pokemon is more luck/randomness than any rule of thumb.  Actually the odds of getting an in game Shiny pokemon are 1 to 8192.  So if you played your pokemon Cartridge from beginning say 8 thousand odd times you could almost guarantee yourself a Shiny somewhere through the game.

(Without a Action Replay it is pure luck to get one)
