Question Hi Russell..i want to know how a Blue Mage learn the "White Dust" ability..and can a Blue Mage teach other Blue Mage to learn the abilities they have learned?..I'm just quite puzzled about this..
i was using FAQs but sometimes the doesn't have explanations on how to learn action abilities on blue mage..thanks in advance..
Answer I believe the ability you are refering to is called White White wind ability. I couldn't find any ability called the white dust, but found a ability called white wind.
To master an ability on a Blue Mage, with the exception of Learning, Immunity,
Damage > MP, and Blue Combo, you need to encounter with an enemy with that
ability (It can be a monster or a Blue Mage) and it must be used on the Blue
Mage when Learning is equipped as the support spell. The Beastmaster class
helps a lot with learning these abilities, since you can force an animal to
use an Ability on your Blue Mage with Control. Some abilities such as White
Wind or Dragon Force can only be obtained with Control.
[Q] Okay, how do you learn moves like White Wind or Mighty Guard if the
enemy monster won't use it on you?
[A] This is one of the many hardships for getting a Blue Mage. If you ever
want to see your Blue Mage learn an ability like that, you are going
to need a Beastmaster. Tell your Beastmaster to control the monster
that holds the ability, and then force the monster to use it on you.
For example, to get White Wind, you need your Beastmaster to know the
ability, Fairy. Therefore, the Beastmaster can control the Sprite.
Force White Wind onto the Blue Mage and there you go. The same goes
for all other non-offensive attacks.
