Question Hello, I live in Australia (PAL territory). I am looking to buy either a UK PAL or Australian PAL version of the Super Nintendo game "Zelda: A link to the past". Have you heard of any differences between a UK and Australian PAL version of this game? Do all PAL versions of the Super Nintendo "Zelda: A link to the Past" have identical content? Also, besides the technical differences between NTSC and PAL (speed of game, black borders) are there any differences in actual game content between a NTSC and PAL version of the Super Nintendo game "Zelda: A link to the Past"? Regards, Michael Shrapnel.
Answer Gday Michael,
Usually a PAL game bought anywhere in the world will work on a PAL system. So you should be fine there the only thing to watch out for on PAL games is occasionally you will get a French, German or perhaps Spanish version of a game with no English on it. (There is a number of RPG out there like this as well as other games. Usually they are only going to be found in Germany, Spain and France.)
I know Zelda will have the same content between UK, AU and US. (Although the US version you would need a converter for it.)
